VPN Error Code: 809 Error 809: The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. Restart the device, go to Actions, scan for changes, and test IKEv2. Open Device Manager, locate Network Adapters and uninstall affected or all WAN Miniports under Device Manager Window.ģ.
